Shipping policy

1. Shipping methods and fees

  • Delivery to parcel point (Packeta): 1600 HUF

  • Home delivery (Packeta): 2500 HUF

  • Personal pickup in Budapest: free of charge, write to me on Instagram: csanadsoles, send me the order number and we'll discuss when and where you can pick up your order.

The above prices are valid for delivery within Hungary.

2. Delivery time

  • Within Hungary: 2-3 working days

  • Outside Hungary: 5-7 working days (shipping fee: 10,000 HUF)

3. International shipping

  • The price is 10,000 HUF, the expected delivery time is 5-7 working days.

  • All over Europe.

4. Important information

  • Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external circumstances (e.g. weather, workload of shipping partners).

  • Please check the accuracy of the data when ordering to ensure smooth delivery.

Refund Policy

1. Return period You have the option to return the product within 14 days of purchase.

2. Conditions for returns

  • We only accept returns in the same condition in which the product was delivered.

  • If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

3. Return costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Csanadsoles is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred during return shipping.

4. Refund

  • The refund will be made after the condition of the returned product has been inspected.

  • We can only refund the price of the product if it meets the above-mentioned conditions.

  • Refunds will be made within 14 business days of acceptance of the return.
