1. Shipping Methods and Fees

  • Delivery to Parcel Locker (Packeta): 1590 Ft

  • Home Delivery (Packeta): 2500 Ft

  • Personal pickup in Budapest (suspended): free message us on Instagram: csanadsoles, send your order number and we will arrange a time and place for pickup.

  • MPL home delivery 4480Ft (1990Ft + 2490Ft handling fee)

The above prices are valid for shipping within Hungary.

2. Delivery Time

  • Within Hungary: 2-3 business days

  • Outside Hungary: 5-7 business days (shipping fee: 10 000 Ft)

3. International Shipping

  • The price is 10,000 Ft, and the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.

  • Throughout Europe.

4. Important Information

  • Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external circumstances (e.g., weather, carrier workload).

  • Please check the accuracy of your order details to ensure smooth delivery.

Refund Policy

1. Return Period You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return the product.

2. Conditions for Return

  • We only accept returns in the same condition as the product was delivered. 

  • If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

3. Cost of Return

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer. Csanadsoles is not responsible for shipping costs incurred during the return process.

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds are issued after the returned product's condition has been inspected.

  • We can only refund the product's price if it meets the aforementioned condition requirements.

  • Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of accepting the return.
