Where do I get my shoes?

Since I've been dealing with shoes for 4 years, I have a lot of contacts with people who only sell original sneakers. It also happens that I buy from you, of course, in these cases I have to pay more attention to what I buy so that I don't accidentally end up with a fake.

How do I know which one is new or used?

The condition of the used shoes is also listed in the name, but there is a condition filter if you only want to buy new products. Used ones are in about 9/10 condition, while new ones have never been on the street!

What are the used shoes like?

There are pictures of every used shoe that reflect its condition, and they are all thoroughly cleaned so that all you have to do is wear them and enjoy the money you saved.

New shoes?

Never worn (new) shoes will arrive with their original box and all accessories.

Is there a cash on delivery option?

Of course there is.

How long is the delivery?

Usually 2-3 business days.

1. Shipping methods and fees

  • Delivery to parcel point (Packeta): 1600 HUF

  • Home delivery (Packeta): 2500 HUF

  • Personal pickup in Budapest: free of charge, write to me on Instagram: csanadsoles, send me the order number and we'll discuss when and where you can pick up your order.

The above prices are valid for delivery within Hungary.

2. Delivery time

  • Within Hungary: 2-3 working days

  • Outside Hungary: 5-7 working days (shipping fee: 10,000 HUF)

3. International shipping

  • The price is 10,000 HUF, the expected delivery time is 5-7 working days.

  • All over Europe.

4. Important information

  • Delivery times are indicative and may be affected by external circumstances (e.g. weather, workload of shipping partners).

  • Please check the accuracy of the data when ordering to ensure smooth delivery.

Refund Policy

1. Return period You have the option to return the product within 14 days of purchase.

2. Conditions for returns

  • We only accept returns in the same condition in which the product was delivered.

  • If the product does not meet these conditions, we reserve the right to refuse the refund.

3. Return costs

  • The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. Csanadsoles is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred during return shipping.

4. Refund

  • The refund will be made after the condition of the returned product has been inspected.

  • We can only refund the price of the product if it meets the above-mentioned conditions.
